These terms apply to rooms booked directly with St George's Inn Victoria.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Rates shown include VAT and are per room, per night, for the number of guests selected.
Payment
The payment terms depend on the rate you choose, and are shown on that rate before you book. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking; flexible rates are not charged then — we securely hold your card to guarantee the room and payment follows the terms shown on the rate.
Your card is stored securely by our payment provider and checked when you give it to us. We do not place a pre-authorisation or reserve any amount on it.
Separately from your booking, the hotel takes a refundable damage deposit of £60 by card at reception when you arrive. It is returned within seven days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the room.
Cancellation
The policy that applies to your stay is the one shown on the rate you selected, and is repeated in your confirmation email.
- Flexible — cancel free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival. Cancel after that point, or fail to arrive, and the full stay is charged.
- Non refundable — charged in full at the time of booking. No changes and no refunds.
To cancel or amend, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us on +44 20 7828 2061.
